When you submit an introduction request, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, and budget range. We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser type via our hosting provider (Vercel) and analytics.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details to respond to your introduction request and to follow up on your interest in Strom Series homes. We may also use your data for marketing purposes, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, to reach people with similar interests.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in marketing our products to qualified buyers.
How long we keep it
We retain your data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, unless you request deletion earlier.
Who we share it with
We share data with: Supabase (database hosting, EU region), Vercel (hosting, USA — covered by EU-US Data Privacy Framework), Meta Platforms (for advertising purposes, anonymised/hashed data only), Resend (email notifications).
