Choose the size that fits your life. The living room and kitchen stay the same — adding bedrooms extends the house. Available in 126, 158 or 173 m² living area.
Pool & Terrace
A pool and terrace, optional and fully designed.
Choose a 10×4 m heated pool — up to 35°C — with filtration, cover and roller blind. Terrace in pressure-treated timber. Elevate to ceramic tiles, automatic pool cover, automated water chemistry and Ipe hardwood decking.
Design
Every material decision has already been made by Magnus Ström.
Included as standard: Schüco triple-glazed aluminium windows, Strom Kitchen built by our own joinery, Siemens iQ700 appliances, Bora induction hob, and more. Elevate to Gaggenau kitchen, large-format Living Ceramics tiles, pivot front door with smart lock, and Cocoon brushed inox taps.
Comfort
The baseline is already exceptional.
NIBE S735 heat pump with integrated mechanical ventilation and heat recovery, waterborne underfloor heating, and curtain track in all bedrooms — all standard. Elevate to ground source heating, active cooling per bedroom, Renson external solar shading, and Silent Gliss electric blackout blinds.
Systems
The baseline includes Plejd smart lighting control and an 11 kW EV charger — standard throughout.
Elevate to KNX with Control4 — one platform that controls lighting scenes, climate per room, shading, alarm, smart lock with video doorbell, and Bowers & Wilkins ceiling audio. Automate your home and control everything from one app.
